Every organization needs to know what its existing and potential clients want, how its products/services can answer the needs emerging from the market, which and how many competitors are in the market, which pricing to apply, etc.
Executive Consulting assists its clients to
improve their knowledge of the market or to identify new markets and plan high impact actions to take the opportunities that are offered. This means knowing all the useful elements that allow an organization to make its strategic decisions and to define (or re-define) its marketing strategies to maintain or increase its market share.  

We work closely with the Client to define the appropriate strategies and to determine tools and operational activities that are immediately applicable to implement them.

  • Market analysis, also at the international level, in order to comprehend the characteristics (market size, current and potential competitors, clients) and the trends of the market (critical success factors, etc.), in order to determine exactly opportunities and risks

  • Definition of the strategy in order to take full advantage of the opportunities offered by the market. The strategy is determined with regard to all the elements of the "marketing mix" (product, pricing, distribution, communication)
